Our Coronavirus Policy

We are happy to take bookings that comply with the latest Welsh Government coronavirus guidance, which can be found at https://gov.wales/coronavirus.

If things change after you make your booking and you are prevented from traveling, we can offer a full refund less your booking fee or we can postpone your booking until a later date.

If someone in your group needs to self isolate or someone not on the booking form is subject to regional restrictions, we can not offer the same refund unfortunately. Sorry, we’re doing this to try and protect our cottage owners from guests cancelling at short notice with illegitimate claims of infection. We suggest guests should limit the risk of infection just before traveling and / or consider travel insurance. The post office is aways our favourite option for that sort of thing. Otherwise, if you have some individual circumstances that you would like to discuss then please get in touch.

We are trying to be as flexible and understanding with both owners and guests in these unusual and difficult times. We hope everyone stays safe and well and we can get back to normal as soon as possible. Thanks and stay well.

Getting ready to welcome you ā€“ Weā€™re Good to Go

Our number one priority is that you have a happy and safe holiday, and it goes without saying that everybody at Dioni, including all of our highly professional cottage owners, is united in their efforts to keep you as safe as possible.

We have encouraged all our owners to sign up to the Covid protection “Weā€™re Good to Go” consumer mark, which means that cleaning standards are higher than ever before.
