Luxury Ground Floor Holiday Apartment Anglesey | 1-Tyn-Caeau

X4
Near Pub
Anglesey

Tucked away in the leafy elegance of Menai Bridge, 1-Tyn-Caeau is a stylish and spacious ground floor apartment in a beautifully converted period property. One of two holiday lets within the building, it offers charm, comfort, and a rather tasteful spot to kick back after a day’s exploring.

Step through the shared entrance and you’ll find yourself in a characterful apartment filled with light, elegant finishes, and a sense of calm. The living room is generous in size, with tall sash windows, neutral tones, and comfy sofas arranged around a feature fireplace—ideal for evening wind-downs (and the occasional competitive board game).

The kitchen-diner is a smart, sociable space with navy cabinetry, tiled walls, and room for four around the table. Whether you’re cooking up local seafood or fuelling up before a mountain walk, it’s got everything you need in easy reach.

Two spacious bedrooms mean everyone gets a good night’s sleep. The king-size room features a triple wardrobe, five-drawer cabinet, and a dedicated vanity area with mirror and chair. The double room includes a double wardrobe and twin bedside cabinets.

The bathroom is fitted with a walk-in shower, a separate bath, vanity sink, and a partitioned toilet area—a practical and private layout, especially for sharing guests.

Outside, guests have their own designated patio space with outdoor dining furniture, located by the garden room. The wider garden is shared with guests staying in Flat 2 (upstairs), but areas are zoned for a sense of privacy and space.

Whether you’re planning a romantic weekend, a family base for exploring Anglesey, or just some well-earned downtime, 1-Tyn-Caeau offers a luxurious stay in one of the island’s most desirable locations—all within easy reach of Menai Bridge’s vibrant food scene, independent shops, and picturesque waterfront.

A lovely location a short walk from Menai bridge. On arrival there were rabbits in the garden and beautiful views. The property is beautiful and has everything you need with a thoughtfully stocked kitchen making life easy on arrival. The family loved our time there and would highly recommend a stay – great value for money.

Great base for exploring north Wales and Anglesey.

Beautiful property, such large rooms, but warm and comfortable. Very clean, in beautiful, peaceful surroundings. Can easily walk to cafes and restaurants in the town. Will definitely book again.

Beautiful setting for this lovely period house, which has been beautifully restored and decorated. Spacious rooms bathed in sunlight made this a very comfortable and relaxing base for our visit. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the kitchen was well equipped for the level of cooking we wanted to do. Located in Menai Bridge, we had access to a good range of shops and a good choice of excellent restaurants. It was an ideal location from which to explore the rest of the island

Excellent location and beautiful spot. Comfortable beds, beautifully clean, great shower, excellent facilities. We will definitely be back! Thank you!
