This two bedroom family holiday cottage near Conwy provides the perfect base for guests wanting to explore this beautiful part of north Wales. This old barn on what is still a working farm has been beautifully renovated to provide a real home from home.
We step from the off road parking area through an iron gate into a lovely little walled garden. The front door opens onto a small entrance hall before stepping through into the lounge. This is a large generous space with two deep set comfortable sofas facing onto a welcoming log fire. Traditional ledge and brace doors compliment the solid oak floor boards whilst a wall mounted flat screen smart TV provides a nice touch of modern luxury.
A large set of French doors opens out onto the private garden but we’ll turn the other way into the kitchen diner. Here, a lovely country cottage dining table and chairs sits on a porcelain-tiled floor. Solid oak fitted units house modern domestic appliances including a dishwasher and electric oven and hob and a integrated washing machine
From here, an open stairway leads up to the two bedrooms on the first floor. The first bedroom houses a double bed and has the added luxury of a large walk in wardrobe. A lovely plush carpet and warm solid wood furniture creates a real homely feel up here. The twin room is slightly smaller but includes two full sized single beds and a large wardrobe. This room also has a lovely view of the surrounding farmland.
A large family bathroom sits between the two bedrooms. This includes a plain white bathroom suite of WC, washbasin and bath with shower over. Again, everything is beautifully and elegantly furnished in here.
