With a coastal setting in a stunning part of North Wales, Ceg-Y-Bae is a fabulous four bedroom villa with sea views in Nefyn. The property sits alongside another holiday cottage overlooking a shared lawn, only a few minutes walk to beautiful sandy beach. With four bedrooms, sleeping eight, this property is ideal for large families or groups of friends wanting to spend time on the North Wales coast.

An enclosed corridor from the rear of the property leads into the main hallway on the ground floor. To the left, a doorway enters the spacious and modern lounge area which includes two plush fabric sofas finished in a dark blue. Alongside the sofas, an armchair and footstool are also finished in the same style, with bright throws providing additional colour to the space. The wood strip floor is partially covered by large pale blue rug with a circular pattern. Wicker lamps sit on side tables and the wall art and soft furnishings are in a coastal style, fitting in well with the location. A double sliding door from the lounge opens out to a patio area overlooking the lawns.

Next to the lounge, a spacious kitchen diner provides a wonderful space for cooking, dining and socialising as a group. To one end, U shaped kitchen units finished in light colours include ample storage and counter top space. A double oven is built in at eye level, with an additional electric hob located centrally in the worktop. With a kettle, toaster, coffee machine and French press included, along with a kitchen DAB radio, whether it's a freshly made coffee with breakfast, or sociable cooking in the evening, the space is ideal to accommodate a number of people. To the opposite end of the room, a modern wooden dining table with a bench and dining chairs is located near the large glass doors overlooking the outdoor space and patio. Artwork on the wall is again coastal in its theme, and Smart TV's are fitted throughout the property. To the rear of the property, a ground floor bedroom includes a cosy double bed positioned between two bedside tables with lamps, alongside plenty of storage for clothes. Next to the bedroom, a modern ground floor shower room includes a spacious corner shower cubicle, basin with mirror over and a WC. The wood flooring continues into the shower room, and walls are a mix of tiling and paint finishes in neutral colours, with artwork dotted around.

Stairs lead up to the first floor of the wonderful four bedroom villa with sea views in Nefyn, where the layout comprises of an additional three bedrooms and a bathroom. A cosy nook on the landing includes a rustic wooden desk area with lamp, a perfect little space to do any laptop work during the stay. Both double bedrooms to the front of villa include patio doors opening out onto a balcony with sea views, and a small bistro set per room. The ideal spot for a quiet drink in the evening overlooking the beautiful North Wales coast. The layouts of both bedrooms are very similar in style including a large double bed with grey fabric headboard, soft white bedding and a patterned throw providing a hint of colour. Bedside tables and lamps sit either side of the bed, and the rooms also include a large grey wooden wardrobe alongside a chest of drawers and dressing table area with mirror. A thick grey carpet is laid underfoot and both rooms have a wall mounted Smart TVs.

The first floor bathroom is beautifully designed and modern with stone coloured tiles to the walls and wood strip flooring. A bath with shower over is located to one end, alongside a basin with storage unit under and a WC. Completing the first floor layout, the fourth bedroom at Ceg-Y-Bae includes a set of wooden bunk beds painted in white, ideal for children with some soft toy animals as company in the room. An open framed wardrobe and storage unit provides plenty of space for clothing and other items, and this bedroom is also laid with thick grey carpet.

With a parking area to the rear, the four bedroom villa with sea views in Nefyn is located in a two storey building which includes a second villa, within the grounds on an former hotel which is now occasionally used a summer retreat by the owners. The flat roofed villa building stands out with blue wood panelling to the walls, and glazed patio doors running the length of the building. Heading out onto the ground floor tiled patio area, you are met with a beautiful rattan dining lounge set, alongside a large hammock, a two seater metal bistro set and large barbeque. The space is ideal for social gatherings and alfresco dining, overlooking the large shared lawn area which can also be utilised. The ideal spot for summer evening barbeques and a glass of bubbly to wind down after a day exploring this magnificent stretch of coastline.

With its location in the heart of the popular village of Nefyn on the Llyn Peninsula, there are plenty of facilities within walking distance including pubs, cafes and grocery shops. Nefyn is also home to Cwrw Llyn, a fabulous local small batch brewery creating some fantastic beers. They offer tours and tasting sessions and have a fabulous tap room with a large window looking into the brewery. A wonderful spot for a beer, or to learn about beer, or even to stock up on local beer for evenings on the patio at Ceg-Y-Bae.

A short walk through the village leads to the stunning Traeth Nefyn (Nefyn Beach), a stunning long expanse of golden sand beach on the popular Wales Coast Path, with mountain views to the north east including Yr Eifl. To the south west the beach stretches out towards the famous village of Porthdinllaen which is home to the Ty Coch Inn, a beachside pub which is rated one of the best beach bars in the world. Located on a spit of land jutting out to sea, the old fishing village of Porthdinllaen can be accessed via the beach or along a path running through the nearby golf course on the headland. It's a stunning spot for a cold beer on the beach, and there are further coves to explore along the coastal path.

The Llyn Peninsula offers one of the most dramatic sections of coastline in Wales, that can be explored on foot or by car. Wild sandy beaches give way to dramatic headlands and cliffs. There are quiet areas to explore, and in contrast, vibrant resorts such as Abersoch with its beautiful beach, alongside a whole host of fabulous restaurants and bars. Families should make time to head over to Glasfryn Parc, located centrally on the peninsula and only a fifteen minute drive from the property. Glasfryn offers a whole host of activities including go karting, archery, crazy golf and a number of water based activities such as kayaking and Stand Up Paddle Boarding.
