A stunning new build property, Gregory-Bach is a luxury spacious townhouse over three floors in Felinheli. This modern property, located in a residential area, is ideal for families or groups of friends looking to explore the north west of Wales, and nearby Ynys Mon (Anglesey).

The entrance hallway leads through to a large, bright and spacious lounge area opening through to a kitchen diner. The lounge area is decorated with plush furnishings including two large fabric sofas and a comfy chair, finished in a patterned pink. A side unit with a large flat screen TV sits in front of the window. Table lamps provide soft lighting creating a beautifully cosy space. Wood effect flooring is laid throughout and leads into the large kitchen and dining space. The modern L shaped kitchen units finished in a light grey come complete with all appliances including a built in oven and grill with electric hob. A kettle, toaster and microwave are included and there are a number of storage cupboards at high and low level. A farmhouse table is located in the centre of the dining area, seating up to six people in this bright and sociable space. French doors open from the kitchen diner into a private garden. The ground floor also features a WC.

Heading upstairs, the first floor features two large double bedrooms, both with en-suite shower rooms. Both bedrooms are neutrally decorated with deep pile dark grey carpets with light grey solid wood furniture. The front bedroom features a double bed with side cabinets, a large wardrobe and tall chest of drawers, with plum accents in the soft furnishings. The second bedroom includes a bed with side cabinets and a tall chest unit, with teal soft furnishings. Both spacious en-suite shower rooms are fitted with dark wood effect flooring and the large walk in shower cubicles have stone effect tiles.

The second floor of this luxury spacious townhouse over three floors in Felinheli features a large and stunning master bedroom built into the eaves of the building. A bright and airy space with two windows providing lots of natural light, the master is similarly decorated to the other bedrooms but with splashes of yellow in the decor. A large bed with mirrored effect bedside cabinets sits against the main feature wall. The bedroom also includes a large full height mirror, chest of drawers and a seating area with a large wall mounted television. From the master bedroom, one door leads through to a walk in wardrobe, while the other enters a large bathroom. The master en-suite is spacious, with a significant amount of vanity storage space and a walk in shower cubicle.

Location

Located in Felinheli next to the Menai Strait, the property is ideally located to explore the coast of North West Wales, Eryri (Snowdonia) and Ynys Mon across the water. The village location provides access to a fantastic cafe and restaurant located at Dinorwic Marina, only a 100m and a few minutes walk away. It's a slightly longer walk of about ten minutes to get to the fantastic 200 year old Garddfon Inn located directly on the Menai Strait. For guests exploring by car, it's only a ten minute drive east to the popular University city of Bangor with its impressive cathedral. Ten minutes drive in the opposite direction leads to the medieval walled town of Caernarfon with its imposing castle, built in the 13th century by King Edward I, the then monarch of England who invaded Wales.

The location of the luxury spacious townhouse over three floors in Felinheli also makes it ideal for guests wanting to experience some adrenalin adventures while in North Wales. Zip World Penrhyn Quarry is located ten miles from the property, featuring Velocity 2, the worlds fastest zip line reaching hair raising speeds of over 100 miles per hour. Across the Menai Strait, the town of Menai Bridge is home to another thrilling attraction, the Rib Ride. Guests can take a range of high speed adventure boat rides, taking in the sights around Anglesey, including the world famous Swellies - a notorious section of the Menai Strait known for its shipwrecks and whirlpools.

For another opportunity to get out onto the open water, a short drive west of Felinheli, Plas Menai is the National Outdoor Centre for Wales which offers a range of activities and courses including kayaking, wind surfing and stand-up paddle boarding. Hikers can reach the heart of Eryri in fifteen minutes, making the property's location ideal for outdoor lovers.

The house was beautifully equipped with every luxury we could have hoped for and proved to be a fantastic base to explore from. Shame about the neighbour who mithered us but didn’t stop us enjoying ourselves. Happy to re-visit and recommend.

We had absolutely amazing stay at Gregory-Bach. The place had everything needed for a great holiday. Whole house was very clean, kitchen extremely well equipped and all bedrooms are en-suite. Gregory Bach is conveniently located to explore that part of North Wales. It felt like home from home. Would highly recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Gregory Bach. It was spotlessly clean, well equipped and in a great location for exploring both Anglesey and the Menai Strait. We particularly enjoyed the cycle to Caernarfon which was on a safe cycle route straight from the door. The treats on arrival were a lovely touch.

We have just returned from 4 nights at Gregory Bach. We found it a very handy base for visiting Snowdonia attractions and there is a lovely pub in the village within easy walking distance where we are twice , just on the estuary . The house was immaculate, with lovely appointed rooms and all the facilities we needed. Milk and nice Welsh biscuits on arrival were a lovely touch. Highly recommend. Within easy reach if local shops by car.

Stayed at the property with a group of girls as we were walking Snowdonia. The property is immaculate – and decorated so tastefully. Three bathrooms so no waiting for the facilities.
Great location to get to Snowdonia and within walking distance of a great pub with fabulous food. Highly recommend for 3 couples or a family
