A stunning and contemporary lodge style property, Llety Bugail is an exceptional pet friendly getaway with hot tub, perfect for families or a group of friends. Set in a beautiful countryside location, the property includes two bedrooms, sleeping four in total. The open plan living area and large outdoor patio space makes this a wonderfully relaxing spot for a break in Mid Wales.

A lodge constructed from wood and stone, the front facade of the property has a unique angular design and is fully glazed offering outstanding views of the surrounding scenery. Stepping in through the front door, a utility room is the perfect spot to take off the hiking boots and hang up coats before heading into the main living space. With a washing machine and sink, the utility space is useful for guests staying for longer periods. A door leads into the large open plan living space with a modern kitchen, dining area and comfortable lounge area tucked away to the side. The kitchen is beautifully designed with cupboard doors finished in white painted wood and a stone coloured worktop. A range type electric oven and hob takes centre stage, built into a chimney breast, alongside a microwave, kettle and built in dishwasher. The open plan design provides the opportunity for social cooking experiences while the chef of the house prepares a hearty breakfast or dinner.

The dining area, separated from the kitchen by a low partition is designed around a stylish curved and wood panelled bench seat, along with three dining chairs around a circular dining table. Whether it's a spot to sit quietly with a morning coffee, or to gather around for an evening meal, all eyes are guaranteed to be drawn to the adjacent floor to ceiling glazing, providing those fabulous views of the Mid Wales countryside. To the other end of the open plan space, a comfy lounge area includes a large distressed effect L shaped sofa, alongside a wingback armchair and quirky sheep styled footstool. A modern log burner located in the corner with flue pipe reaching to the ceiling, adds the final cosy touches to this beautiful space. Dark evenings, the crackle of a log fire, and a nice glass of red sounds like an idyllic way to spend some time enjoying this space.

The exceptional pet friendly getaway with hot tub features two bedrooms with one en-suite and family bathroom, all accessed from a small hallway next to the lounge. The master bedroom with a super king sized bed, is beautifully decorated with a stylish feature wall depicting a starry night woodland. A soft grey finished ottoman style bed sits between two sleek bedside tables and wall mounted lamps above. French doors from the master bedroom lead out onto the side patio of the property. The second bedroom, a twin room, is similarly styled with a patterned feature wall with leaf print. Two single beds are located either side of a bedside cabinet with table lamp. The twin room features a stylish and modern en-suite shower room, with a fabulous rain forest shower sitting alongside a basin and WC. Stone coloured tiles create a natural feel to this modern space. The final room of the property is the family bathroom. A textured terracotta brick effect feature wall is located behind a freestanding roll top bathtub, with a stone basin on a wooden plinth sitting opposite.

Location

Location is key at this exceptional pet friendly getaway with hot tub, where the bi fold doors of the property open up to the beautiful landscape beyond. Stepping out onto the patio which encompasses the building, guests have the opportunity for al fresco dining using the wooden table and benches, or to simply soak up the surroundings by lazing on one of the sun loungers provided. Summer evenings (or indeed winter evenings) call for a dip in the large hot tub located to the side of Llety-Bugail. Spend some time soaking in the bubbles, before retiring to the rattan lounge furniture with some drinks.

The stunning rural setting of Llety-Bugail is a major selling point with such beautiful surroundings. Whilst the property is located adjacent to two additional lodges, the landscaping and positioning of the properties mean that none are particularly overlooked. With such fabulous outdoor space, this property is wonderful spot for a summer break. Whether it's dinner or barbeques on the patio, relaxing evenings in the fabulous hot tub or social evening drinks on the outdoor lounge furniture, this destination is a holiday location not to be missed with plenty to do nearby.

Located close to the Welsh English border, there are a number of pretty villages nearby including Llandyssil, a small village with lovely pub which is only a short walk away. Montgomery, a couple of miles away is home to the 12th century ruins of Montgomery Castle. along with a number of restaurants and cafes. Keen walkers can join the popular Offa's Dyke Trail near Montgomery, heading either north or south on the 177 mile trail that runs from North Wales to South Wales.

Across the border, the Shropshire Hills Area of Natural Beauty is a fabulous area to explore with a rich and varied landscape which is also a fabulous dark skies destination for fans of astrophotography. History lovers should head north from Llety Bugail and visit National Trust Powis Castle and Garden. A wonderful castle dating originally back to the 13th century, set on a hilltop, there are panoramic views of the surrounding Welsh landscape, and spectacular gardens that surround the castle.
