A large eight bedroom Keepers Lodge on the Llyn Peninsula, Llety-Ceidwaid is the ideal property for bigger groups or families wanting to get together on a rural break. Located in a remote setting surrounded by green fields, the sprawling property can sleep up to twenty people, with a number of reception spaces.
The entrance to the property opens into a large conservatory style lean-to that runs the length of the building. This bright airy space with a tiled stone floor features an ample kitchen space to one end, including farmhouse style units in white, with black marble effect worktops. As well as large gas oven range, the kitchen features a double door fridge freezer with cold water dispenser, a microwave oven, kettle, toaster and coffee machines. There are a number of drawer and cupboard units providing storage space.
This reception space also features a rustic four seater breakfast table, as well as another seating area including a wooden bench and comfy tub chairs with views out over the surrounding country side. With coat storage and plenty of open floor space, this room is ideal for kicking off muddy walking boots and coats after long countryside walks. To the far end of the room, a door leads through to a communal bathroom finished in traditional white tiles, with a corner bath unit and shower over.
Two doors lead from the conservatory space. To the kitchen end, an opening leads into a large communal dining room with a pitched ceiling and exposed wooden beams. This central lounge area is a double height space with two comfortable leather sofas and armchair set around a large inglenook fireplace, with an open log fire. A large flat screen TV site above the mantel of the fireplace, making it a cosy space for smaller groups to break out if desired. From this room a number of doors, openings and stairs lead to the warren of bedrooms featured in the property.
With eight bedrooms in total, along with four bathrooms, this large Keepers Lodge on the Llyn Peninsula can sleep up to twenty people in total. The bedrooms come in various shapes and sizes, some larger comfortable rooms and some being more compact with little space move around, making them ideal for the children of the group. From the central lounge area, four bedrooms can be directly accessed. These include two small doubles, a family room including a single and double bed with an en-suite shower room, and finally a cosy double room on a mezzanine level above the lounge. All bedrooms are carpeted and decorated in neutral tones of green and brown with chunky wooden furniture and light coloured bedding.
A further corridor leads from the lounge to the other four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The ground floor features two double bedrooms and bathrooms, the largest of the double bedrooms being located at the furthest end of the property. This room features a high pitched ceiling, large wooden bedframe, rustic furniture and two windows providing plenty of light. The bedroom is ideal for those wanting a little more privacy and space. Stairways lead up from this part of the property to the final two bedrooms, one comprising of a double bed, single bed and camp bed where the final room includes two beds. Both bathrooms to this end of the property are finished in natural stone coloured tiles with a walk in corner shower.
