Surrounded by rolling hills and ancient woodland, Llety Hiraeth is a stylish holiday cottage in rural Montgomery, perfect for an idyllic countryside break. With two bedrooms, sleeping four, this fabulous and contemporary property is the ideal spot for a relaxing holiday to unwind. The stunning modern lodge, constructed of wood and stone, has private off road parking and is accessed via a gravel driveway, with a patio surrounding the building. Angular glazed walls allow the living area to become one with the surroundings creating a bright and airy space.

Entering Llety Hiraeth through the main doorway leads into a well-equipped utility room with washing machine, Belfast sink and coat hooks. A door leads from the utility through to the main living space of the property. This open plan kitchen, lounge and diner is beautifully designed with two sets of fully glazed bi-fold doors along with angled windows reaching into the pitch of the ceiling, allowing the outside in. The beautifully designed kitchen area, finished with white wooden doors and stone effect worktops is equipped with a range oven set into a chimney breast, along with an in-built microwave, kettle and dishwasher. A quirky low level partition separates the kitchen from dining area, doubling up as curved wood panelled bench seat at the dining table. With an additional three dining chairs, the table comfortably seats four people, the perfect spot for a delicious home cooked breakfast or dinner, with views out to the surrounding rolling hills.

To the opposite end of the living area, a lounge space features an L-shaped fabric sofa and comfy armchair set around a modern wood burning fire. With a free standing lamp in the corner, side tables and wall mounted smart TV, it's a wonderful corner to get cosy in the colder months with the crackle of the fire as a backdrop to relaxing evenings socialising. The bifold doors of the open plan living space lead to a tiled patio with a dining table and two benches, so when the weather is good, the dining experience can be moved outside. Sunny mornings having breakfast on the patio, with these incredible views, is just perfect.

A small corridor leads from the living space of this stylish holiday cottage in rural Montgomery to two bedrooms, one with en-suite, and a separate bathroom. The master bedroom, with a super king bed is a beautiful and bright room, stylishly decorated with a leaf print feature wall and purple accents in the bed decor and soft furnishings. The second bedroom, a twin room, is similarly decorated but with more natural tones. This room features a beautiful en-suite shower room featuring a WC, wood finish basin and vanity unit, alongside a shower cubicle with rain forest head. The main family bathroom, opposite, has a modern feel with patterned tiled floor, freestanding curved bathtub finished in a sharp blue, along with a WC. basin and heated towel rail.
