Holiday Cottages With That Extra Christmas Cheer…

Spending the festive season in the heart of Snowdonia is what picture books are made of – roaring log fires, cold wintery walks, local pubs, family and friends, board games, mountains, crisp sea air….. and lots of eating and drinking!

Over this festive period, some of our cottage owners are offering their guests additional treats, so if you are looking for holiday cottages with that extra Christmas cheer, here are some that might be of interest…

Bron Eifion sleeps 5 and is a quintessential Snowdonia cottage at the foot of Snowdon. Itā€™s been immaculately decorated and furnished by Jane, the owner and her taste and attention to detail are evident throughout the property.

Guests will be treated to a Ā£25 voucher towards a meal at the local pub; The Cwellyn Arms which is located at the foot of Snowdon.

Faeldre sleeps 5 and offers some truly luxurious self catering accommodation on a working farm and only a short drive from the beach. The spectacular sea views from the large picture windows combined with original features and luxurious modern touches creates a perfect base for your Snowdonia holiday.

Guests will arrive to a beautifully decorated cottage including a real Christmas tree and a hamper of local Christmas produce.

Ymwlch Fawr sleeps 8 and is a three-bedroom Georgian country house on the western edge of the Snowdonia National Park. Lots of character features inside. High ceilings, oak wood flooring, log fires and some wonderful period furniture.

Guests will be treated to a real Christmas tree, free logs for both log burners throughout their stay and home made mince pies – delish!

The Bennar properties are situated 5 minutes away from the beach. There are 4 properties in total all converted from an old granary and sleep between 3 to 8 guests depending on the property you choose. Beautifully converted and decorated they are also in a great location – a real christmas treat!

Anyone arriving at Bennar Holiday Cottages will be treated to a complete package of home made Christmas Cheer including cakes, delicious bread, mince Pies, mulled Wine along with the all important crackers!

Bryn Weirglodd Sleeping 8, this traditional farmhouse accommodation is set in one of the most beautiful valleys in Snowdonia. Bryn-Weirglodd offers a great combination of 5 star self catering set in a faultless tranquil location.

Guests will be treated to a host of homemade treats on arrival, including mince pies and Christmas pudding fudge….
