Spacious four bedroom holiday accommodation on Anglesey, Bryndeusant has panoramic views of Eryri (Snowdonia). Sleeps ten with a games room and hot tub. It is located in the north-west of the island.

For a small island, the Isle of Anglesey has so much to offer. The south of the island is famed for Beaumaris Castle, the beautiful Newborough Forest, and Ynys Llanddwyn beach, backdrop for the legendary tale of St Dwynwen, the Welsh St Valentines. There are over 40 beaches on the island, varying from those you can surf at to those with sparkling turquoise blue waters where you can enjoy a wonderful day at the beach. Plenty of walking (including the 110 mile Anglesey Coastal Path)and cycling trails cover the whole of the island so you won’t be stuck for a bit of adventure. Fantastic award-winning restaurants add the finishing touch for a great place to visit.

The main house is traditional from the outside with interiors that are modern, making for a light and airy feel throughout. No excess clutter anywhere balancing simplicity with a great colour scheme and statement pieces of furniture giving warmth.

Downstairs, there is a large kitchen/diner taking up the full width of the house. Cream units against light tiled floors, a range style cooker, modern appliances and the obligatory butler kitchen sink give you everything you need to cater for the group during your stay. The log burner at the far end of the kitchen opposite the dining area is a great feature of the room, especially during the colder months. Full-length glass doors give you incredible views while you enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Opposite the kitchen is the sitting room which again offers great views. Modern furniture against bold soft furnishings makes it a great place to spend your evenings watching films etc. There is a WC and storage area further along on the same floor.

The first floor has three double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms and all with both a bath and shower. The modern but warm feel is carried throughout the bedrooms giving for the perfect environment for rest and relaxation.

The top floor is like sleeping in the sky. Huge, skylight windows make it a very bright room and perfect for looking out of on a lazy morning or stargazing at night. There is a pull-out day bed allowing a total of four to sleep in here, a perfect family room for those with small children. An en-suite with a tub style bath and more skylight windows will make bath time a real treat.

The outbuildings and outside area is just as impressive. A separate sunroom and utility room are just to the side of the house. The sunroom benefits from floor to ceiling glass doors with uninterrupted views of Eryri - beautiful and just the place to be for an evening drink or morning coffee. The utility room has a separate entrance and where you will find two washing machines, dryer and lots of space to sort outdoor and seaside paraphernalia - very useful. The garage with the high-speed car charger is just off from here.

Last but not least, the games room with a pool table, sofas and a large flat-screen TV is a stone’s throw from the house. The property also includes a hot tub, outside seating / eating area, large private and secure lawn - there really is everything you could possibly want from a holiday cottage.

Location

The outside facilities of the house as mentioned are second to none - you may not even want to leave the property! There are two outside eating areas/ seating areas where you can enjoy the great outdoors. The views as mentioned are stunning and the private land accompanying the property is substantial with lots of space to run around in.

In terms of exploring Anglesey itself, as you are north-west, your close to the beautiful beaches - if coasteering is on your list of things to do, then Anglesey is the place in North Wales to take advantage of doing this and you’ll find some great local activity providers to book with. Melin Llynon Tea rooms, museum and working windmill can be seen from the house and are less than a mile away and Llyn Alaw is only a couple of miles away, where there are some great cycling and walking trails to be found.

UNESCO Beaumaris castle is a 15/ 20 minute drive away as is Newborough Forest and beach - this is a great day out and there are lots of things to do for all the family so plan for a full day here. Don’t forget the lighthouses that the island is famous for and worth visiting - you may even spot a puffin!

Attractions like the Halen Mon Sea Salt centre, The Copper Kingdom, National Trust houses, and the Sea Zoo are within easy driving distance. If thrill seeking is on your agenda, then the rib rides along the Menai Straits is where you need to head.

You’ll find lots of great places to eat and drink throughout the island - both inland and on the beach - have a look at our Anglesey Information pack for recommended places.

Last but not least, don’t forget your photo opportunity at Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwllllantysiliogogogoch (Llanfair PG to the locals) train station!

We spent a great week in this amazing house!! All of us had the best time…7 adults 3 children and 2 dogs. The house was spotlessly clean and so well equipped. The bedrooms were fabulous and the beds were so comfortable too. The hot tub with the wonderful views was well used as was the Games Room! The sunroom made a great playroom for the children. We visited the South Stack Lighthouse…Newborough Beach and Beaumaris all are well worth a visit.

A fabulous long weekend with all the family to celebrate Stanley’s 2nd birthday (our chocolate lab). The location was stunning with so many different beaches to explore.
The hot tub was well used and the sun room was an added bonus. Many hours of fun with walks in the surrounding area. Playing cricket on the lawn and football with the grandchildren.
The food hamper that was left was a real treat. The under floor heating was brilliant. Altogether a fabulous long weekend. As a family we made lots of lasting memories!

We had the very best time here celebrating my parents 50th wedding anniversary. Being December the weather was horrible which made the stay so much better! underfloor heating, 2x log burners working away, rain banging off the windows, cooking cakes and scones in the kitchen all accompanied by a little northern soul and a glass or two of wine.
Just Perfect!!!
Super clean, super functional, great views, well equipped, massive hot tub, cracking games room and set in some stunning grounds with breath taking views of snow capped mountains.

Thank you so much for the perfect spot for a few lazy days away with my family.

An outstanding family holiday home. We spent a fabulous week at Bryndeusant. A superb house in the most perfect setting. The house was beautifully clean, extremely warm and incredibly comfortable. There was everything we needed (6 adults, 4 children and a puppy) for the perfect week away. There was a lovely welcome pack, which included prosecco and red wine. The 4 children enjoyed an Easter egg hunt in the large garden. No mater where you were, sitting at the kitchen table, in the hot tub or on a bed the views were breath taking and tranquil. Highly recommend a holiday here.

Bryndeusant was the perfect family home to celebrate a big birthday. The lovely welcome hamper was superb, the hot tub was well used and very welcome and the house and location was stunning. We were warm, snug, and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Plenty of space for the kids to spread out in the games room/hot tub/surrounding farmland as well as for the adults to chill out and relax. Diolch yn fawr Gwyneth!

What an amazing property. We stayed 9 nights to celebrate my husband’s 60th birthday. The house is huge and the underfloor heating was amazing. The lovely hamper left by Gwyneth was fab and generous. We stayed in the attic room which was spectacular with all of the windows, truly memorable. Every bedroom had its own unique style, luxurious and quality throughout. The hub was the spectacular kitchen diner, which was awesome with everything you could need and want. We hired a chef for the big day, and spent some quality time in the sun room whilst they prepared our meal, again, this was amazing and made the day very special. We had an amazing time in this luxury home and were truly sad to leave.

Just come away from a three night break with the family in this wonderful house (May 19-22). The facilities are awesome, plenty of hot water and everywhere cosy and warm. We had takeaway from Catch-22 the first night and went back for late lunch on Saturday as it was such good value and really tasty. The dog also enjoyed her stay 🙂
Thank you so much. We intend to be back!
