Arrived on 2nd of May 25. Fantastic weekend, the house is lovely. Full kitchen appliances, which
was great. Our family, the Normans, had the best time ever. Five stars!!

Thank you for a wonderful stay in your gorgeous house. We have had the best time with lots of
singing and games and relaxing here at Hen Felin.

Beautiful property, I wanted to copy it and take it home. Spacious accommodating house. Lovely and quiet and yet very accessible to the area and all its delights. Surrounded by lovely trees we were protected from the extreme beautiful weather! Lovely outdoor kitchen with pizza oven and barbecue and plenty of space for us all to sit to relax and play. The house is full of beautiful contemporary furniture and plenty of kitchen equipment, good utility space too. We were greeted by a scrumptious chocolate cake sitting in the middle of the kitchen island. Just what we needed after a very long journey. The owner was absolutely lovely and extremely helpful not that we needed to ask her anything. It was all there for us. Highly recommend.

A really fabulous cottage in a tiny, quiet hamlet. It is ideally located to explore all the glorious beaches at the tip of the Llyn Peninsular. The cottage is light, spacious, extremely comfortable, and gorgeously furnished. Daloni, the host, supports local artists and there are some wonderful pictures in the cottage. She is helpful and charming and you must visit her extraordinary shop/cafe for gorgeous food, clothes, furniture etc, etc. We hope to return.

We had a lovely weekend away at Hen Felin. The cottage is absolutely fantastic. An ideal place to relax.
The cottage had everything you need for a break away. Diolch yn fawr iawn Daloni.

Stayed over new year, 7 adults aged between 28 and 80 and 2 dogs. Spacious accommodation so didn’t feel on top of each other. Lovely furniture and furnishings and plenty of pots, pans etc. Comfortable beds and a downstairs bedroom for those less mobile. Short drive to beaches, cafe, pubs. We arranged for Tesco delivery. Owners left welcome gifts which were most appreciated. All thoroughly enjoyed the stay. If we were to give any suggestions for improvement it would only to have an enclosed outside area for the dogs. That said we would definitely book again and recommend to others.

Lovely house, lots of beaches and walks within 10 minutes drive and a fun weekend. Even saw some
sheep running in the garden. Great weekend away.

We have had a fantastic holiday at Hen Felin. The house was superb with an abundance of space and quirkiness. The decor was really amazing. Daloni was extremely pleasant and helpful whenever I contacted her. There was plenty to do in and around the area, from the beach at Aberdaron to the beach at Abersoch it was made even better with the weather being so good. Thank you for the week, William

A fantastic holiday enabled by a wonderful cottage. Beautifully clean and furnished, lovely location, handy for so many places.

The owners’ farm shop is well worth a visit and not certainly not just a traditional farm shop.

Would recommend this cottage to anyone and everyone.

Thanks for a lovely stay this half term! We’ve loved the house and enjoyed in the garden. The cake

A bit chilly but we loved our beach days on Whistling Sands and Abersoch. We also had a lovely walk
to Cwt Tatws along the coastal path.

Lovely clean property that catered for our every need, in such an idyllic setting. The layout and
functionality was perfect for our whole family. We wouldn’t hesitate to return to your cottage and
would fully recommend this property to anyone. The welcome and attention to detail, in particular,
and even down to the cake presented in the kitchen was such a lovely touch.

Diolch Daloni – we have had a very comfortable and fun time here for a few days. A walk from the
door up to mynydd Rhiw and around Rhiw and back took 3 hours due to thick mist, but great fun.
Delighted to see two huge March hares right in front of the lounge window. The owl hooted in the
early hours to let us know it was time to wake up. We would love to return, thank you for the
opportunity to stay here.

What a perfect little break away with the family,
We loved the Old mill and surrounding area. The little left, left, left walk was a great way to brush
off the cobwebs of the night before! Thank you so much for the cake, card and prosecco that was a
lovely surprise. We all celebrated my 40th in style here and would love to come back!

A perfect New Year break- what a lovely place to stay!
The weather was mixed but it didn’t stop us going for some fantastic walks – Borth y Gest,
Porthdinllaen, Whistling Sands coastal path walk..to name but a few. The Llyn Peninsula is beautiful
and we will be back.

We loved our recent stay at Hen-Felin for my dad’s 60th birthday celebrations with the family, adults and children. The house was immaculate throughout and was well equipped with all we needed. The property was beautiful and had something for all the family. The outside area was great for the children to run around and play as well as being enjoyed by the adults. There was a large dining area for the family to all enjoy meals together.
Just a short drive to Aberdaron.
Another lovely touch was being greeted by a lovely baked cake for us all to enjoy, thank you. We would definitely recommend staying here and I know we would not hesitate to return in the future.

What another fantastic stay! 4 th time now. Everything was perfect as always. We started our tripwith a beach day at Abersoch, it was lovely and quiet as the schools have gone back. It was so nice
to take the paddle board out and we had such lovely warm weather. During our week we also did
the Nefyn golf course walk as well as the Aberdaron headland walk and Ceiriad beach. We also took
a trip down to your beach and shop. We absolutely love this house and heave already booked for
next year.

This is our 2 nd stay at Hen Felin and it didn’t disappoint. The cottage is luxurious and stylish but at the
same time welcoming and homely. Thank you Daloni for the welcome gifts.
We have had a wonderful few days exploring the nearby beaches, Towyn is a particular favourite
and a visit to Cwt Tatws for a few momentos to take home. We have a small dog and there are
wonderful dog friendly pubs, hotels all within easy reach of the cottage.

Had a fab two night stay in this lovely home. We really fell that every little detail has been thought

Fantastic, stylish and well equipped house with lots of space to accommodate our large family-3 bathrooms was an added bonus. The kids loved the football table in the house and the garden space was great too. Close to Aberdaron surf and coastal path walks. Perfect place to escape a busy life. Would definitely recommend and look forward to visiting again.

The peace and quiet, empty beaches, clear starry skies made it the most perfect relaxing break. The house is classy, stylish, warm and clean in a perfect location. We loved it and so did the dogs. We will be back!

Fabulous Christmas at Hen Felin with plenty of room for our family plus the dog… all gathered together but plenty of room so not on top of each other! Beautifully presented & well equipped cottage with gorgeous surrounding area including lovely dog friendly beaches. Would highly recommend.

Wow! What a weekend and what a beautiful property. So lucky to be here for my 40^th birthday weekend. Abersoch triathlon was fab and to come back to cake a bbq, a great walk and good sleep was so appreciated. We recommend Whistling sands and the coastal walk to anyone staying. 

We had a wonderful long weekend here. Beautiful house and setting with everything we needed provided, Thank you for the birthday cake – that was a wonderful touch and really appreciated. Hopefully we’ll return one day. 

What a magical home, beautiful furnishing. Very comfortable. We have loved our stay. We all can’t wait to return in the future. . 

After a long three year wait we finally arrived at Hen Felin and it didn’t disappoint. Impecably furnished and beautiful setting, thank you. Bonus was meeting you in your lovely shop. Hope to stay again soon!!

A fabulous stay on our second visit to Hen Felin we made full use of the new BBQ a great addition
So absolutely everything we wanted for our family get together.
the weather was an absolute bonus ☀️

Hen Felin is a lovely cottage with everything we possibly needed. It is in a beautiful location and is furnished to a very high standard. Daloni was very helpful and went out of her way to make sure everything was OK for us. There were 10 of us and 1 dog and there was ample room for everybody to have their own space.

Fantastic stay, lovely accommodation, the best we have had for the dogs security to just let them out and not worry.

Great location to beaches, very peaceful.

We had a delightful family get together for 8 of us at Hen Felin which is well equipped and very clean
Our only comment would be we would liked to have been able to pay extra for an outside BBQ and even better a hot tub but otherwise perfect for our stay

I rented Hen-Felin for a family holiday which was for 6 adults and 4 children and the accommodation suited all of our needs. The mill is beautiful and in lovely surroundings, the weather was superb which helped and we spent a lot of time outside in the garden. The surrounding areas are beautiful and has some lovely beaches. It is a holiday that we shall all remember for a long time. Thank you for helping us all make some wonderful memories.

Fantastic converted barn in lovely peaceful setting – very relaxing – well equipped with all necessities- garden secure and safe for dogs and grandchildren and ample car parking space- lovely welcome treats left by owner who also stopped by to drop off fresh eggs- and also nice finishing touches ie candles and diffusers hand soap etc all from owners shop Cwt Tatws would definitely recommend a visit to pick up gifts would definitely recommend this lovely barn conversion for a relaxing break😊

Hen Felin was absolutely perfect everything about it was so beautifully done.
Spent a week there with family and really did not want to leave.
Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful holiday with beautiful beaches near by.

What a great House, its a lot bigger than it looks, plenty of room for 6 adults, two young teenagers, two 8 year olds and two small dogs, the kids loved the outdoor bar area.
Inside the house really quality furniture, kitchen white goods and accessories all you could wish for in a holiday home. The bedding and towels also of superb quality.

5 mins to brilliant Aberdaron, must have spent 50% of our days on that beach.

We had the most fabulous time at Hen Felin. The barn is fantastic and comfortable too. It was perfect for a family holiday with 6 adults and 4 children. The location is great too. We fell in love with surrounding area, so close to beaches. Thank you Daloni the children (and adults) are still talking about how great it was.

We have had a fantastic time staying at Hen Felin! The barn is beautiful, the furnishings are incredible and inspiring. The weather has been windy but the welcome has been very warm. Loved every minute being able to spend quality time with our daughters and their families, in fabulous surroundings and exploring this fabulous area. Thank you very very much Daloni.

A beautiful house, perfect for our extended family weekend. Will definitely recommend and return
ourselves! The décor and furnishings are unique and a real talking point. The bedrooms are SO
comfortable – we all slept like logs! Many thanks for the warm welcome, The Roberts, Mellors and

This is a very lovely holiday home with all the mod cons. Thank you very much for your hospitality on
arrival. We would certainly recommend your house to family and friends and will return in the
future.

What a fabulous holiday we have had! We have been blessed with the weather and have spent our
days on the beautiful beaches, building sandcastles and swimming in the clear seas. The Llŷn
Peninsula is just stunning and there is so much to explore.
Hen Felin has been wonderful. Sebastian ( 2 ) and Sienna (3) have loved running wild in the garden (and so have the adults! ) Thank you so much for making our stay so wonderful.

Thank you so much for this wonderful holiday home from home. So much thought has gone into it and we had the best time! As there were 6 adults, 2 babies and 2 dogs, we expected chaos, however, the house is so spacious that it accommodated all of us easily and the babies and dogs really appreciated the space to run around. Many thanks also for the lovely welcome pack.
We visited your farm shop expecting fruit and veg and found wonderful and stylish stuff for the home, much of which is on display in the house.
We also made use of the relaxing outdoor area in the evenings and we found recommendations from other guests useful for exploring beaches and local eateries.
We hired a dinghy from the sailing school ar Abersoch and enjoyed 2 lovely afternoons sailing in the bay (but our canine friends had to stay home on those afternoons as no dogs allowed on that beach in summer). However we had no problems finding plenty of other dog friendly beaches.
Thanks for coming over so incredibly fast to fix a failed fuse – great service!
We would absolutely recommend this place and would love to return.

Wow- what a perfect stay! Everything we could have asked for and more- Daloni was very accommodating but also left us to enjoy and relax in Hen Felin. The weather was perfect allowing us to make the most of a BBQ outside in a very private setting with a beautiful view. The dogs were able to run around and play safely as the premises was nicely secured. The property had all the facilities we required and although we were shocked initially to not have WIFI, the 3G/4G was strong enough to do most things we needed…. and i think WIFI is now being installed. It was also a nice break to enjoy games/conversation etc. I definitely recommend Ty Coch Inn, Porthdinllean and the walk to it through Nefyn Golf Club. Aberdaron beach is beautiful and the coastal walk down to the secluded beach is great! The Ship Inn, Ty Newydd and the fish and chip shop in Aberdaron were fantastic! Should we get to go on holiday again, Hen Felin and the LLyn Peninsula it is!!

Wow! What a stay- We got exactly what we needed from this property and more! With the ability to contact the owners easily but also be left to enjoy the area alone- we were in seventh heaven. The Peace and Quiet here allowed us to enjoy a BBQ outside and not feel overlooked, with beautiful views and enough space for the dogs to run around in a safe, fenced in environment. The Ship Inn and Ty Newydd in Aberdaron were very accommodating and the walk to the quiet part of the beach was lovely. We also took the advice of Daloni and ventured to Edern to the Woodland Hall Hotel, who was not too accommodating for us to eat with dogs. This was disappointing but not the fault of Daloni. Instead we tried The Lion Inn, Tudweillog who allowed us to sit outside with the dogs. We had a beautiful lunch here whilst my nephew played on the grass and slide. Perfection! I also recommend Ty Coch Inn and the walk too it through Nefyn Golf Course (that really is a must!) The beach I believe is called Porthdillean and is the most stunning beach I’ve seen…certainly within the UK. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!!!

Beautiful,beautiful,beautiful was the word of our weekend-the house , the area and people were second to none. Having never been to The Llyn Peninsular before, we thought it would be like the rest of Wales , but no it was a step up from it, stunning. The house had everything we could want to celebrate my sisters 50th birthday in style and it didn’t faulter in any department. Beaches are beautiful, pubs serve good beer wine and food . Just a stunning location. Thankyou for letting us stay in your fab house and the welcome goodies were a treat. We will definately be back. I’ve never got so much pleasure from the interior of a holiday cottage before – just as pleasing and fabulous as the view and local beaches. I love the cushions, rugs, curtains, blinds, bed throws and furniture! It’s homely, elegant, quirky, special and interesting all at once. A real gem of a cottage!

Well what can I say, this is a fabulous house and all the family really enjoyed it! Beautifully furnished with lots of lovely touches that make you so comfortable so much so we didn’t want to leave! We will definitely return to both the house and the family shop which has some amazing soft furnishings many of which you see in the house! Thanks to the owners for leaving the little starter pack in the kitchen including the Carrot Cake it was a really nice touch and we appreciated it! We have had a lovely family holiday in Hen Felin – a wonderful house. The children had a great time and loved seeing the sheep being herded over breakfast on our first morning. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Well what a treat of a week we have just had! Wall to wall sunshine was the icing on the cake of this gorgeous cottage. We are very picky holiday makers and Hen Felin did not disappoint. Spacious, clean, beautifully decorated with comfy beds and lashings of hot water for the great showers. We couldn’t fault it at all……at times we had 8 adults and 3 dogs and the cottage didn’t feel over crowded or small. The photos don’t do the place justice and value for money is excellent. The location is perfect for walks from the front door to visiting local beaches. I really can’t recommend this cottage too highly, it was better than home from home and the welcome treats were a thoughtful touch. Thank you Dioni for introducing us to this little gem.

Hen Felin is a beautifully designed & equipped home in a lovely part of the Lleyn peninsular. Such a relaxing week for a family reunion & a trip down memory lane with beautiful walks & beaches, nearby. Another great Dioni holiday!
