Large Holiday Cottage With Hot Tub Near Abersoch | Neigwl
Located high up on the hills in Rhiw, Neigwl comfortably sleeps fourteen. Stunning views, beautiful interiors and attention to detail describe this large holiday cottage with a hot tub near Abersoch to a capital T. A spacious and modern renovation, this holiday cottage will be on your wish list.
You’ll come into the house through the main front door into an oak floored hall. To your left is one of two sitting rooms complete with big comfy leather sofas, flat screen TV and classic Farrow and Ball Stiffkey coloured walls. Through this sitting room will bring you to the kitchen diner - the best room in the house! Great colour scheme, fantastic layout, plenty of room for fourteen and floor to ceiling glass doors so you can enjoy those views. Needless to say there is everything you will need while you are on holiday here. The log burner adds that welcoming and warming touch. Back through to the hallway will bring you to the second sitting room; a similar setup as before but with a different colour scheme.
At the back of the house is a family bedroom that sleeps four with a double bed and a set of bunks. There is an ensuite bathroom with a wet room style shower. Further along the hall is a communal shower room, again with WC and washbasin. A little further on is a utility room with a washing machine and tumble drier… we love the boost buttons for the underfloor heating and radiators!
On the first floor, there is a twin room and three doubles. All have beautiful soft furnishings; the tonal colours make them warm and inviting. On this floor is a communal bathroom with a freestanding bath along with a shower room with a wet-room type shower - both have a WC and washbasin and are very spacious with high quality fittings.
Finally, the attic upstairs is home to a twin room and a shower room with WC and washbasin. There is also a small sitting room where you will find a sofa and TV.
The outside space has been just as considered as the inside. The lovely patio and front lawn are great places to spend time outside - a real suntrap during the summer months. The games room in the converted garage houses a snooker table, ping pong and air hockey along with a floor to ceiling mural depicting a local shipwreck by a local artist.. every nook and cranny of this place has been thought out. The grand finale is the hot tub. This is an all singing, all dancing addition complete with automated cover - just turn the key and the whole thing lifts up. Turn on the lights (there is a disco mode if you want) and set the bubbles, sprays and everything else this has to offer…. oh, have I mention the views yet?!
