Farm Holiday Cottage With Uninterrupted Sea Views | Parc-Isaf

We had such a wonderful week at Ysgubor Newydd! The location was so peaceful with the most beautiful sea views and sunsets, and was also within easy reach of plenty of amazing, quiet white sand beaches. The house itself was spotlessly clean and so well equipped too, it really made the perfect holiday. Thank you so much Sian and family for letting us share it with you!

Gorgeous cottage, beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean with sensational views, a plethora of things to do nearby – beaches are stunning – and a warm Welsh welcome from Sian – diolch yn fawr iawn!

We had a two night stay at Parc Isaf. It was a beautifully kept accommodation with a real log fire. The accommodation is overlooking fields full of sheep and lambs with a stunning view of the sea. The owner was very helpful and welcoming too.

Lovely cottage, cosy and very clean. Very peaceful location but conveniently placed to explore from. Beautiful sea views, we watched two stunning sunsets from the comfort of the conservatory. Would definitely recommend and will stay here again. The host left us a bottle of red wine and milk in the fridge which was a nice touch.

We recently returned from a four day stay at Parc Isaf. The property is delightful, spacious and clean. We enjoyed our g&t in the conservatory looking out at the sea and also woodland walks close by. Trips into Barmouth and Porthmadog were also enjoyable. We were warm and cosy in the evenings with the log burner. Thankfully my daughter has one at home so is a master at the art of using them! All together a lovely break inspite of experiencing a lot of rain but having had our own holiday homes in Wales over a number of years it is something we’ve been used to and we’ve never let it spoil valuable time away. We would happily return.

We found this to be a very well appointed and comfortable cottage with great views. We loved the conservatory a great place to sit and quietly read. We had never been to the Barmouth area before so quite enjoyed the exploration the highlight was Harlech Castle. We ate out most nights there is plenty of choice in the local area. Thank you an enjoyable stay; shame about the weather however we can’t blame you for that!

Lovely cottage very relaxing just sitting in conservatory watching the wildlife in the trees and fabulous views especially the sunsets. Well equipped very clean not overlooked very peaceful (when can I move in ). Would definitely return

Very impressive views from the conservatory, we have spent
many hours looking at the sheep and the Irish sea.
Ideal location for many activities like walking and mountain biking.

It has given us much pleasure to spend this last week in such a beautiful cottage.
Spotless throughout and very well equipped with even a steamer for our vegetables.
Views were wonderful from the conservatory and we spent most evenings just relaxing after a good days walking taking in the view and watching the sheep,woodpeckers and a host of different wildlife.
The cottage is not overlooked and is set in a very quiet position.
It felt like a privilege to be able to stay and very good value.
Oh yes we will return.

Parc Isaf was simply wonderful,just what we all needed after a really rough few months. It was beautifully clean,extremely well appointed,& a total delight to spend time in. We spent hours just watching the view,when it was visible anyway! Failing that the sheep & woodpeckers kept us amused. If Carlsberg did cottages…you get the drift. Fab place,central to most things,we’re so pleased to have found you! Thank you…

Very comfortable cottage, everything you want for a relaxing holiday. Spotlessly clean, great views over the countryside to sea. Ideal location for walking in the hills or along the beach. Lovely cottage to return to at the end of the day or just sit in the conservatory to soak up the views.

Absolutely stunning views from this cottage of the beautiful sea and the glorious mountains. The cottage is totally immaculate and very warm and homely. We have never stayed in any holiday accommodation that has ever been as clean. The family are very warm and welcoming and you feel at home immediately. The cottage has everything you need in it and it is very peaceful here. One of the best holidays we have ever had and lots of wonderful places that we have explored. Thank you,we will definitely be coming back again soon.

Lovely clean cottage with fabulous views from the perfect little conservatory (or the raised terrace) over fields full of sheep and cows down to the sea…Grab a glass of something, sit and relax, you will love it…..Oh, and if you like to stargaze it’s a great spot for this too!

A pub that does OK food is a mile but very walkable, just take a small pocket torch for the return journey….and if you are at all concerned about the slightly uphill last bit of the return walk we can reassure you that you hardly notice it after a couple of wines!… We hope to return 🙂

We had a lovely time, the house was ideal, spotlessly clean. Sharn made us very welcome. I would definitely recommend this house to my friends. I would not book this property for myself again but only on the basis that it was too far forme to walk down to the pub on an evening as I have mobility issues.

This was the best cottage we have ever stayed in.
Sian was an amazing warm and welcoming host.
The cottage provided every thing one could need, washer, dryer, iron and board, George foreman grill, hairdryer and everything else one associated with home from home..
The cottage has fabulous veiws over a field full of sheep, then onto the Irish sea, the vista changed daily.
The bath was large and beautiful, the bed large and very comfy, the furniture very simply and classy.
The whole ambience of the cottage was amazing.
We had breakfast every day on the patio, and every evening we repeated this with out glass of wine..
It is well placed for lots of local attractions, the beach is close, the town of Barmouth is 10 mins away in car, we did lots of vintage train journeys and the trip up Snowden was the best..
I highly recommend this property for a lovely holiday..
We will be back..

Just had two weeks at this cottage absolutely gorgeous,so well equipped with everything you need.The views are beautiful and the Hosts are just lovely people nothing too much trouble. situated central for lots of places and attractions yet so quiet and peaceful We will return.

Parcel ISAF is a beautifully presented cottage in a wonderful setting with superb views over to the Llyn Penninsula.
The cottage is of an extremely high standard, spotlessly clean with a well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and a lovely conservatory.
We were greeted warmly by the hosts Sian and Hevin who left us flowers, Welsh cakes, milk and other little extras which we really appreciated. We will definitely return for another break in Plas Isaf.

With a warm welcome,immaculate cottage,and superb outlook,we had a most relaxing and enjoyable week.With a maze of footpaths ranging from moorland,wooded valleys,meadows and sand dunes,exploring the local area gave us great pleasure.Be aware that the entrance to the site is only 0.35 miles up the avenue,not 0.75!

Just spent a lovely relaxing week at the cottage at Parc-Isaf. The cottage is impressive – it’s very comfortable, the decor is stylish and everything is to a high standard – and the views are spectacular even when the weather is dull and grey. The location is perfect for getting into Harlech and beyond as well as to Barmouth and Snowdonia National Park. Highly recommend.

We were very impressed with the cleanliness of parc-isaf its very well equipped with everything you would need and more a real home from home.
The views are lovely from the Conservatory the general location is very good with some very good cycling opportunities.

We had a wonderful time at this cottage, the views were lovely, and the cottage was very well equipped, the sheep were also lovely to look at, and it was also very peaceful even though it was on a working farm, you did not hear anything, the weather could have been better but that is Wales for you. Will definitely be going back.
