The ground floor features communal and relaxation spaces to the centre along with bedroom wings to either side. With the first floor focusing around the kitchen, dining and lounge spaces, the final level on the second floor comprises a fabulous entertainment and games room with wonderful views of the Clwydian Range Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

The main entrance door of the property opens into a beautiful hallway and lounge space spanning from the back to the front of the building. With marble floors along with marble and wood panelled wall features, the space is opulent and stylish. A ceiling feature to the centre includes two stunning glass chandeliers, and additional feature lighting is dotted around the room. Contemporary artwork hangs on the walls, along with a wall mounted Smart TV which sits above a modern glass fireplace. The high specification kitchen is modern and stylish, with a quality finish and high-end appliances. Laid out in a U-shape, with a large island counter to the centre which is perfect to relax and have a drink, the wood panelled doors contrast beautifully with the white marble counters. For any budding, or experienced chefs, this kitchen will be a delight to whip up some fabulous culinary delights, ready to serve in the adjacent dining space. With a dining table set for 30 guests, seated on elegant velvet dining chairs with button tufted details, this is the ultimate, luxurious dining and social space. French doors to one end allow natural light to flood the room, and in the darker evenings the room is beautifully lit with spotlights and feature lighting on the ceiling, along with four striking chandeliers positioned over the dining table. With a 65 inch Smart TV mounted on the wall of the dining area, this space can double up nicely as a conference space if required.

Retiring from the dining room, the adjacent lounge of this luxury 11 bedroom property with indoor swimming pool is wonderful spot to while away the evenings. The herringbone effect dark flooring of the dining room continues through into the lounge, contrasting with the bright walls and wood panelled ceilings. Between both rooms, a chimney feature is decorated with split face tiling in a slate effect, with an inviting log burner and a 55 inch Smart TV positioned above. Stairs from the lounge lead to the top floor of Plas-Clwyd into a superb games and entertainment room. Angled walls include alcoves with feature lighting, and a large picture window to the end provides a great spot to capture the wonderful panorama outside. With a bar area, a library, table football, a pool table and board games, there is plenty to keep everyone occupied. Alternatively, two stylish curved sofas are positioned either side of the room, perfect to relax with a drink and good book.

It's not all about the indoor social spaces, Plas-Clwyd is set within 1.5 acres of private land without being overlooked by any other properties. As well as the first floor balcony, the ground floor features a large 300 square foot veranda that stretches the entire length of the front fascia. This fabulous decked area, with glazed balustrades includes an outdoor dining space overlooking the Clwydian Range, with a pathway leading down to a hot tub on a lower deck. This south west facing decked area is the perfect spot to soak in the hot tub in the evenings, providing the opportunity to capture some spectacular sunsets in this idyllic setting. When the weather cools, there's a convenient firepit built into the grassy hillside, ideal to sit around and warm up on cooler evenings, or to heat some marshmallows. To the rear of the house, a large enclosed garden provides the perfect play area with play equipment, large scale chess board, table tennis and football pitch, which will keep the children entertained for hours.

With 11 luxury bedrooms, this property has a versatile layout which will suit any large group configuration. All bedrooms are located on the ground floor of Plas-Clywd with access to the west wing from the main house, and access to the east wing from outside. The west wing includes four luxurious bedrooms, two with ensuite bathrooms, and all with access to the decked veranda. Two bedrooms feature a king size bed, one has two singles which can be joined to king size and the fourth bedroom includes a king size bed along with a pull out double sofa bed. Whilst all are tastefully and individually decorated, they are include beautiful feature lighting, plush bedding and soft furnishings and a 43 inch Smart TV.

The west wing of bedrooms does not have direct access to the main section of the house, but rather is accessed from the rear of the property. With six bedrooms reached from a central corridor, once again there are a variety of configurations, two of which include ensuite bathrooms. Four of these bedrooms include two single beds, which can be combined to make a king size, one of which includes a pull out sofa bed. Another of the rooms comprises a king size bed with pull out sofa bed and the final room includes four singles, which can be combined to make two king size. All rooms of the east wing allow external access to the veranda via French doors and the property includes an additional three bathrooms and two separate cloakrooms. The final room of this fantastic property is the Celebration Suite, located in the east wing but self-contained with its own access from the rear of the house, along with access to the veranda. This fabulous room features a king sized four posted bed, along with an ensuite and a modern freestanding bathtub located in the room, perfect for a soak with a glass of something fizzy. Set in the Denbighshire countryside, Plas-Clwyd is only a ten minute drive from the market town of Ruthin, packed full of quaint buildings and timber framed architecture dating back hundreds of years. With a great food scene, there are a wealth of restaurants to choose from, as well as great boutique shops and a craft centre. A half hour drive east leads to Wrexham, Wales' newest city and firmly on the international map thanks to the purchase of the football team by two Hollywood superstars.

Located in the heart of the Clwydian Range AONB, there's access to endless hiking and walking trails nearby including to Moel Famau, the highest peak in North East Wales. A rewarding hike to the Jubilee Tower at the summit will provide panoramic views of the surrounding countryside. Offa's Dyke Path, a 177 mile national trail, spans the entire length of Wales, from Prestatyn in the north to Chepstow in the south, and practically passes Plas-Clwyd. Grab your hiking boots and take a walk on this section of the path, through heather clad rolling hills and past ancient hillforts. Head further south into the unspoilt landscapes of the Ceiriog Valley where you can take walks through beautiful countryside without barely seeing a soul.
