Open the triple sliding doors to extend your dining experience onto the balcony, where you can take in the stunning views over the sea towards the Pen Llyn and the mountains of Eryri (Snowdonia).

Swn-y-Mor also caters to those who appreciate a bit of fun and fitness. The playroom is a hit with families, equipped with a large TV and games console, perfect for kids and teens. Additionally, the playroom offers ample floor space with yoga mats and a convenient shower room, ideal for a morning stretch or post-adventure cool down.

When it’s time to rest, the three bedrooms offer peaceful retreats. The master suite features a king-size bed and an en-suite with a shower cubicle, basin, and toilet - your own private haven. The versatile second bedroom can be configured with two single beds or a linked super king, tailored to your needs. The third bedroom, with its sturdy bunk beds, is a playful and comfortable space for younger guests. There is also the option for two extra guests to sleep in the annexe/games room on a sofa bed.

The main bathroom is nothing short of a spa-like retreat, featuring a deep soaking tub, a separate shower cubicle with a rainfall shower, a toilet, and a basin. It’s the perfect spot to unwind after a day at the beach or hiking the trails of Eryri (Snowdonia) National Park.

The property is accessed via 14 external stairs and is on one level. The annex/games room is only accessible from the bottom of the external stairs, with no internal access from the house.

Secure storage is available for bikes, paddle boards kayaks under the balcony. An outside tap is available for sandy feet.

A fantastic house in a beautiful location with a view you can look at for hours. Spotlessly clean and well equipped, the house was ideally placed for visiting the local area, with shops, restaurants and activities all within a short drive – perfect for families and friends alike. Alison made sure everything was taken care of with useful information, recommendations and even maps available. We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed 3 nights at Swn Y Mor, the property is beautiful, spacious and has everything you would need for a great break. It is perfectly located with fantastic views overlooking Harlech Beach. Alison was very helpful with all instructions and the handy guide inside the property is great for identifying local attractions. We had a walk around Harlech Castle and the local small town. We couldnt fault the town or the property and would love to stay at Swn Y Mor again in the future.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Swn Y Mor. It had everything we needed (and more) and exceeded all expectations. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean, with a luxurious feel. The front room was even better than the pictures, the views were absolutely outstanding.
The location is brilliant for a walk into the village, to the castle and to the beach. Alison provided all the information we needed, check in was really easy and she went above and beyond to make it feel special for my Mum’s 60th. We hope to visit again in the summertime! Thank you for a perfect weekend!!

Wow what a lovely place.. and Alison is fantastic! Very friendly and always quick to reply if there were any questions. Beautiful clean home with everything in the kitchen you could need to self cater, but also there are lovely places to eat, it’s all in the folder with all info you could need.
We would 110% stay again. Stunning views from the home, looking out to the sea is lovely and very private and safe.
