Welcome to Y Beudy Bryn Deicws, a masterfully converted stone barn where authentic Welsh heritage meets high-spec comfort - and where the resident farm animals handle all the early-morning agricultural duties so you can comfortably sleep in. As a premier Luxury Farm Stay North Wales, this retreat lets you swap urban rush hours for rolling valley views, stone flagstones underfoot, and underfloor heating in the main living space.

Stepping through the main entrance brings you into a welcoming entrance hall that opens straight into the heart of the home. To one side sits the country-style kitchen, complete with modern integrated appliances, clean shaker units, and a washer for laundering muddy hiking trousers. Beyond lies the spacious dining room, anchored by a long wooden table and its own roaring log burner - the perfect setting for long, lazy dinners or competitive board games. From the entrance hall, ascend the first staircase to discover two individually styled bedrooms featuring exposed wooden purlins tucked into the roof eaves: a king-size bedroom and a versatile twin room with 3ft zip-and-link beds (convertible to a super king on request). These are served by a crisp family bathroom complete with a deep bath, shower over, and a Velux skylight.

Back downstairs, head through to the impressive open-plan living area. Designed for genuine relaxation, this light-filled room features two distinct seating zones, a second log burner, a 58-inch Smart TV, and an Alexa Echo Dot. An open wooden staircase leads up to the third bedroom - a secluded primary suite boasting a plush super king bed, dual-aspect Velux windows capturing east-to-west valley views, and its own private en-suite shower room. Soft adult bathrobes are provided to complete your spa experience.

Outside, the fully enclosed private garden is tailored for al fresco living. Settle onto the paved patio for a local-produce BBQ, gather around the dedicated fire pit as dusk settles, or sink into the private hot tub under a sheltered pergola - the ultimate way to experience a Luxury Farm Stay North Wales under the dark skies of the Clwydian Range. Whether you're planning a family retreat or a getaway with friends, your ideal Luxury Farm Stay North Wales experience starts right here.
