Its location is perfect for exploring the North Wales region being only 20 minutes away from attractions like Zip World and of course the Eryri (Snowdonia) mountains themselves with the hot tub to return to after your days out.

There is plenty of space for up to 3 cars in the private driveway and the large hallway as you come into the property is always a great welcome. Location

The cottage has a small private garden to the side along with plenty of room out front for parking. Being in the Conwy Valley, the rolling hills as a backdrop make it a picturesque setting as well as a great place in terms of location. Less than 10 mins off the A55 and 20 minutes in various directions to key attractions of the area, getting around is easy.

Conwy is 15 minutes away. A Medieval market town with the incredible and formidable castle at the heart of the town. Lots of lovely cafes, restaurants and shops are located here; antique shopping in particular is said to be good. There is a beach just on the outskirts of the town by the marina.

20 mins away is the famous Victorian seaside town of Llandudno. Lots to do here including the Great Orme where you can either drive or walk up and once at the top there are a whole host of activities that will keep you entertained. The pier is not to be missed, there is a dry ski slope and the town itself is great for shopping.

Further south, into the mountains you have Zip World and of course the fabulous Snowdonia villages and towns including Betws Y Coed, Llanberis and Beddgelert.

Betws Y Coed is where you will find the Swallow Falls and Fairy Glen along with lots of great outdoors clothing shops. Llanberis is where Llyn Padarn, the National Slate Museum are located and Beddgelert is a beautiful smaller town with great walks, home to the famous Gelert legend and some of the best ice-cream the area has to offer!

Also onsite, a few minutes walk from the property:

Sblash Aqua Park (Sblash Aqua Park) promises laughter, excitement, and a fun-filled experience for all. Suitable for children aged 6 and above, this brand new aqua park includes a wide range of inflatable obstacles which provide a variety of challenges for all levels of fitness and confidence; balance, climb, slide, jump and ‘sblash’ your way through this wet and wild assault course. Set in a spring fed lake, nestled amidst scenic Welsh countryside, Sblash is a great all-weather activity. Open May to October, booking essential. Plus, guests enjoy a generous 20% discount on Sblash entry fees when staying on-site! 5 miles from Conwy. More info. here

What a beautiful cottage! Had everything we needed for a winter break. Hot tub under the stars after winter walks around the local mountains a must. Definitely recommend.
