Just outside the coastal village of Penmaenmawr, near Conwy, the newly opened Sblash Aqua Park is fast becoming a must-visit destination for locals and visitors alike. This brand new aqua adventure park offers a wide range of inflatables providing a variety of fun-filled challenges for visitors of all ages.

Family-Friendly Fun

Suitable for children aged six and above, Sblash offers an exhilarating experience, with an array of inflatables catering to all levels of fitness and confidence. With obstacles such as the 3.8 metre ‘Mount Rainer’ providing a challenging climb and a thrilling descent, the 9ft ‘King of the Mountain’ island and slide, and not one, but two, floating trampolines, get ready to balance, climb, slide, jump and ‘sblash’ your way through this wet and wild assault course. It’s an action-packed experience that promises fun, laughter and excitement. 

Before hitting the inflatables, visitors receive a thorough safety briefing and are kitted out with essential safety gear, including wetsuits, buoyancy aids, helmets, and Slippy Grippy socks. With three RLSS trained lifeguards overseeing each session, families can enjoy peace of mind while tackling the course.

Breathtaking Location!

Sblash’s location takes some beating; set in a spring fed lake nestled amidst scenic Welsh countryside, with far-reaching views of the sea and Puffin Island, and the mountains of Eryri forming a picturesque backdrop. It’s an idyllic setting for what looks set to become one of North Wales’ most enjoyable adventure activities. For anyone not wishing to take the plunge there’s a seating and viewing area where you can relax, take in the surrounding views, and enjoy watching the water-based shenanigans from the comfort of dry land.

Stay on Site

Sblash is based at Graiglwyd Springs, an ideal base for exploring the North Wales coast, or hiking in the hills and mountains of Eryri. There are several options for guests wishing to stay on site including Helyg, Ty Ffynnon and Sycamorwydden holiday cottages, each of which sleep eight. Plus, guests enjoy a generous 20% discount on Sblash entry fees when staying on-site!

Opening

The aqua park is open from May to October with regular weekend opening increasing to 7 days a week throughout July and August.
